A rogue E en no (Eternal) known only as the Tyrant has been silent for the past 18 years, there has been no sightings of him or his Puppets. Then one day in late October a quiet village yet again becomes the target of one of his Puppets to seek and kill a member of the Wesker family. There is only one thing the Puppet's brother can do, alert the gods that this time around things seem to be somewhat different.
