Hi,
Just a reminder that we have two fab author events in at our Oxford MD store at 202 S. Morris St 410-226-0010 in July:
Marcia Talley informs us that her newest Hannah Ives mystery Dead Man Dancing will published in the fall 2008 from Severn House in hardback. You can, of course, pre-order the book from us and have it signed and personalized. Just email us at mysterylovescompany atgmail.com
Here's what Marcia has to say about Dead Man Dancing:
Hi,
Here's what John French, Baltimore CSI expert extraordinaire says about his collection of Gray Monk stories Souls on Fire that have just been published:
"Written with a nod to the pulp tradition of The Shadow, Souls on Fire tells of one man's violent crusade for justice and of the cost to him and those around him." Thanks for posting it, John.
John has written many short stories published in several anthologies as well as a novel The Devil in Harbor City.
Dear all,
John French is an old friend of ours at Mystery Loves Company and has a new collection of his short stories called "Souls on Fire" about The Gray Monk, a Shadow like figure who solves crimes outside the "system."
Here's a photo from the cover. We'll have John tell us something about his book next.
